Obituaries
Carisia Lizbet Galvan passed away on Saturday January 19, 2019 surrounded by her beloved family. Carisia was born on November 16, 2002 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to the union of Jorge Galvan Flores and Noelia Rivera Trujillo.
Carisia was a full time student at Palmer High School. Carisia was a bossy young lady. When she wasn’t in school, she loved to spend time with her family and friends. Carisia had a passion for stuffed animals especially elephants, she also loved to collect blankets. She enjoyed painting her nails, and she wanted her very own nail salon. Her number one priority were her eyebrows.
She leaves to cherish her memories her parents, Noelia Rivera Trujillo, and Jorge Galvan Flores; three sisters, Yanelli, Yesenia, and Yazmin Galvan; her brother Jorge Galvan; and grandmother, Juana Trujillo; aunt, Myra Gina Trujillo; uncles, Able Trujillo and Antonio Mendoza from Colorado Springs; cousins, Carolina, Tatiana, Antonio, Daisy, Anahi, Jose and many more. Carisia will forever be in our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Ofelia Galvan Flores; her two grandfathers, Henry Trujillo and Alfredo Galvan.
A visitation will be held Sunday, January 27, 2019 between the hours of 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at Angelus Chapel, 1104 S. Circle Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80910. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, January 28, 2019, 4:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, located at 2715 E. Pikes Peak Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80909.
